London Collections Men - Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance

These Terms of Use refer to the British Fashion Council (BFC) web platform located at www.britishfashioncouncil.com, any subdomains of www.britishfashioncouncil.com,and any related microsites or websites operated by the British FashionCouncil, including the London Fashion Week (LFW) website, at www.londonfashionweek.co.uk, and the British Fashion Awards microsite, at www.britishfashionawards.com (all referred to under term “the Site”).

By using the Site you agreeto be bound by these Terms of Use. We reserve the right to amend theseTerms of Use from time to time without notice to you and you agree to bebound by any such changes in your subsequent use of the Site.

The agreement between youand BFC formed on the basis of these Terms of Use (the “Agreement”)shall terminate immediately if you breach these Terms of Use. BFCreserves the right to terminate this Agreement at any time. Thetermination of this Agreement or your right to use the Site is withoutprejudice to any rights which the BFC may have against you in respect ofsuch breach.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All materials available onthe Site (the “Materials”) – including but not limited to text, video,data, clips, audio clips, designs, logos, illustrations and still images– are protected by copyright, trademark, database and otherintellectual property and proprietary rights and must not be used forany purpose other than educational, informational and non-commercialviewing purposes.

You may download and print information from the Site for your own personal use only.

The Materials contained inthe Site are either owned by British Fashion Council or have beenlicensed by the partners or sponsors of the BFC for inclusion within theSite.

BFC would like to hear fromany intellectual property rights owners who are not properly identifiedon the Site so that we may make the necessary corrections and displaythe appropriate notices.

3. Disclaimers

This Site contains materialwhich may be unsuitable for people under the age of 18. The BritishFashion Council (BFC) bears no responsibility for people under the ageof 18 viewing unsuitable material on this Site.

This Site may containmaterial which some people may find offensive. BFC would like to stressthat it has no intention of causing any offence and suggests that peoplewho find material contained on the Site offensive should either notview the material in question or should not visit the Site. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude BFC’s liability for personal injury or death caused by its negligence.

As a convenience to usersof the Site, the Site includes links to other web sites or materialwhich are beyond its control. BFC is not responsible for content on theInternet or World Wide Web pages outside the Site.

4. Trading from our website

Where online transactionstake place on our site, terms and conditions for individual services areavailable and clearly linked from the transaction pages.

5. General

English law shall apply tothese terms, notwithstanding the jurisdiction where you are based. Youirrevocably agree that the courts of England shall have exclusivejurisdiction to settle any dispute which may arise out of, under, or inconnection with these terms and for those purposes irrevocably submitall disputes to the jurisdiction of the English courts. The place ofperformance shall be England.

BFC makes no warranty orguarantee that the Site or information available over it complies withlaws other than those of England.
