REGISTERING AS A BLOGGER
Due to the high number of blogger applications we receive for London Collections Men each season, the British Fashion Council asks that each blogger fulfils certain requirements. To receive accreditation please provide evidence of the following:
- Examples of fashion editorial content and articles
- Proven support and interest in British menswear designers
- Over 10,000 unique visitors to your blog each month – please provide statistics from the last three months from Google Analytics or a similar source
- Over 10,000 combined followers on all social media platforms (this includes Instagram, Twitter and likes on Facebook)
Please be aware that being granted accreditation one season does not guarantee accreditation for seasons to come. The standard of blogging is constantly being raised higher and we continually need to reassess and adapt our criteria. The application and vetting process for bloggers requires time and consideration so the BFC does not register bloggers on-site. If your application is accepted, the BFC will not only be looking to see how London Collections Men has featured on your blog, but also how the LCM experience has allowed you to build on designer relationships and inspired you to find new and innovative ways to promote British fashion year round.
UNACCREDITED BLOGGERS
Whilst we cannot accredit all bloggers who apply to attend, the British Fashion Council still provides numerous resources to join in the activity around London Collections Men. Also make sure to follow us on Twitter
