I haven't done a lot of characters, but the ones I've done are :
Hibari Kyoya - Hitman Reborn!
YukiOnna Tsurara - Nurarihyon no mago
Akira - Togainu no chi
Basically just 3 characters, and I'm planing to do more :) although I've did 3 cosplays, but I don't really have a proper cosplay photoshoot, which sucks a lot :< hope I can find a photographer in the future!
