To-Do List

We're very sorry, but we've temporarily disabled this feature while we fix some bugs. Thank you for your patience.

Ayacon... Is Finished. (Posted 19th August 2013)

And I am having so many feels right now. Aya was one of the best con experiences I've ever had, and I'm so sad to see it go.

Thank you to everyone who complimented me on my armour - you guys are amazing, and made me feel absolutely incredible. Still can't believe it fell apart in the Masquerade...

I'm making plans for Raiden v2 already - hopefully a lot sturdier this time round!

24 Hours Remain (Posted 15th August 2013)

Here's a lesson kids; if you gotta mask up an area to be spray-painted, make sure you buy the most expensive, best of the best tape. The stuff I used - supposedly decent - let the paint bleed through and leave horrible , ugly splotches of sticky paint everywhere.

Not what you want on the last day of prep, is it? I've had to give up with the tape because it's just ruining the rest of the paintwork, so I'm left with a half-Desperado variant. Which... is better than nothing, I suppose. When the time comes to bring Raiden out again, I'm gonna invest in much better paints and tapes.

For now though, all that's left to do is maybe buy a small tub of enamel or acrylic to finish off some of the red and patch up the black - then it's gluing time.

This costume has caused me so much damn stress, it's finally time to put it together and complete it - for now, at least.
