| Considering everything but the axe-bass was bought from stores, this was really quite easy to do. - Chequered shirt prom Primark - Converse shoes - Generic pair of jeans Now the Axe-bass was a real pain to get done, as I only had a short amount of time to create it (we're talking like, 4 days here), sat in my room cutting foam board, gluing it together, sanding edges down with a power sander. Then I took to my incredibly small shed and spray painted it, then left it to dry overnight on the night before the convention. Fortunately, I had it complete in time! On the day of the convention it came in handy when it was wrapped in plastic bags, as I just used it as an umbrella against the horrible weather. I feel like I could redo it though, maybe with plastic PVC or such rather than foam board. |
