@Ranma1-2 : Thanks so much <3 Actually I have a problem with this jacket (dark marks on it everywhere cause of gold paint *sic*, thanks to the bathroom light you don't see it! And because of the fabric it can't be cleared at all..) I've worked a bit more on the patterns, waiting for the new golden borders to arrive home (I've found some "maybe" great ones on the internet...Instead of painting them myself and ruining the fabric of the jacket like I did T.T) Well, hope I can make it all for next week :3

How did you stiffen the fabric? - I mean it looks like a proper jacket. Is it down to heavy weight fabric..or is there buckram or interfacing or something sewn in? The joins of the sleeves to the shoulders especially look really neat. :) Well the next version of this will be even better. "Next week"..does this mean you are doing it for Midlands Expo?

The fabric has a looks between skai and suede but a bit thiner (depends on what kind of skai you see x3 ) Actually I wanted a real jacket, not something thin too much or other, so I was happy when I found this one with the proper color! (hard to find here...) Eheh I put some 'epaulet' inside the shouler part, right at the seam, so it can stay in place (more straight on my shoulders, as I only have a half one at the left ^^" So I can hide it this way for jackets!) I will put pictures with the new final jacket when it's done! :3 *impatient* I'm not at all going to this event...Actually I'm in France and I can't live home for Expos at the moment T.T (work and money... uh... But I'd like so muuuuuuuuuch!) I want to make it next week for myself... x) kind of "I WANT IT I WANT IT!" and then I can work on some others costumes I "have to" make...°° (so many things to do, so less time !)

For the jacket fabric, so it's some heavy one...And it was hard to work on ! x_x (especially to make the whole jacket pass in a 20cm hole when you return it after sewing the inside on it... Gosh... x_x (The worst was for the wrist part! so many stratas of fabric T.T")

I didnt realise you are in France. ^_^ I wish you could come to the London Expo in May or October. I think you would love it. :) Oh yes I can imagine that would be very difficult - turning 20cm wide hole around the sewing machine, difficult indeed. So you must be sewing expert. ^_^

Awwwww I'd like to go there so much ! T.T Someday I will! *hopes* Hum actually it's when you make a lining for the Jacket, you have to sew it in the inside, and there is a moment you have to turn everything to have the outside of the jacket (or anything else XD). For it, you leave a hole in your sewing to make the whole clothe pass through it °°" I'm not exactly an expert at the moment but I've studied for it and now I work as stylist modelist in a little company ^^ (Wow so long I haven't written in english, I've lost a lot my vocab, sorry sorry ! °°" )
