| I decided to attempt this costume because I've always loved the way Hawkgirl looks. Putting together the top, belt, pants and trousers wasn't really that difficult, but the shoes were tricky and the wings were a nightmare. I'll definitely be redoing those for the next time I wear this costume. I also intended to do the helmet, but ran out of time. It needs painting and strengthening before I'll be able to wear it. Overall, I'm quite happy with how it turned out, I just wish I'd worn it in May instead of October. It's not exactly warm. xD |
