Hinata Hyuga - Naruto Shippuden

JapanEx 2007

Hinata's so cute and so sweet, and a big Naruto Shippuden group was being put together for Japan Ex in London so I quickly decided to have a go at Hinata's new costume ^_^

I loved the long blue wig, it was gorgeous! Even though it kept slipping back..I forgot my hair grips to keep it in place ^_^' And I was worried that if I cut the wig more square at the front I'd ruin it and wouldn't have time to fix it.. but I'd do it next time :-) I also loved the comfy jacket ^_^ It's one of my few costumes where I can go out in the rain and not worry about getting wet, especially because of the hood ^_^ And it was lucky cause I had to walk back to the hotel in the pouring rain after the event lol

To add something a little extra to the costume I decided to paint on Byakugan eyes hehe ^_^' Because I didn't want to go the contact route back then, I painted on some eyes onto my eyelids ^_^' Yeah, maybe a crazy idea lol, and it meant whenever I got a photo taken my eyes were closed and I couldn't see what was going on ^_^' But hey, even if a lot of people thought they were scary, they still seemed to like them :-)

The easiest part of this costume was the trousers, because I used the same ones I wore for Tsunade ^_^' And the shoes.. I reused them too ^_^' I looked everywhere for some flat soled shoes! But I'd left it too late and couldn't find any in my local shops :-( And I began to make a pair of shoes instead, but again, leaving it til the night before is never a good idea ^_^' I also already owned the fishnet top as part of my clubbing wardrobe, hehe.
