| Worn to KitaCon 2010! Sonic & Sega All-Stars Racing had just been released, Easter was the weekend after, wanted something easy to wear. Thus Billy. Most of this was actually made, surprisingly, but it was all so basic (even the hat) that it wasn't a big job at all. That wig was wrecked after having the quiff sprayed, but it was so worth it.
