Some of the Cosplay Island team and friends take a holiday in Paris to bring you all an inside look at Japan Expo 08. Rachel is on hand to interview British and French cosplayers, and while we couldn't get into the masquerade we took to the Expo floor and got some great footage of the amazing variety of costumes on display.

I have to say that I really enjoyed watching that video! :D It was awesome to recognize some of the cosplayers (is it too early to feel nostalgic?), and myself, of course. ;) My favourite bit has to be the shot of that Jack Sparrow cosplayer - he was even more epic than I remember.

Oh wow... the detail on the Trinity Blood cosplayer's costume was just insanely good... It looks like I might just have to give Japan Expo a visit next year :O
