Cosplay and cosplay photography take up most of my time. I'm moving to London to study Costume Production this year and hope to take my costuming skills to a whole new level! I am one of the duo who set up Cosplay Snap. Its such an honour to get to work with amazing cosplayers and I love every photoshoot I do.
Recently my passion for anime has waned slightly so you'll probably be seeing more Game/Disney/Non-Anime costumes coming up.

[What got you into cosplay?]
I wanted to become the characters that I watched. The idea of making such beautiful costumes just gave me butterflies.
[What was your first costume and why?]
Princess Serenity from Sailor Moon. It wasn't very good and its falling apart still. But I just loved that dress. I'll make a better version sometime in the future.
[What is your favorite costume and why?]
After much diliberation I've decided that Jill Valentine is my favourite. Ok Ok I know that its not constructed and most of it is thrifted but I just love it. It was comfortable and fun. The greatest thing about it was the fake wounds. It was my first attempt at FX make up and the reactions I got from people were priceless. I would get calls of "OWW that looks like it hurts!". I don't know why its my favourite it just is. For now anyway XD
[Do you have a dream costume you'd like to make?]
At the moment I've got myself set on Talim from Soul Calibur IV. But I'm gonna wait until my skills improve before attempting it.
[Do you participate in masquerades?]
Not really. If there's a group that wants me to join them I will but normally I like to sit them out. I get REALLY bad nerves! I believe in my whole cosplaying experience I've only ever been in a masquerade three times! The first time I cosplayed at a con back in 04, with the FMA group at Midlands Expo in Feb 07 and for the Naruto Team Hebi skit at Midlands in Sept 07 (notice how I tend to stick to the smaller events? XD).
[What was your best masquerade experience?]
The best one out of those three was the FMA group. We got a great reaction from the crowd!
[Have you won any awards for your costumes?]
I've never entered any of my costumes into a competition! It wouldn't feel right unless I made a really amazing costume. And as of yet I haven't made anything worthy of an award, I don't believe so anyway. I suppose the only achievement I've ever had was my Karin Kanzaki cosplay being showcased on coscom. It made me the first person in the UK to have their costume showcased ^^
