I'm Ren, from north london. I'm all about weapons, nomura games and things that go fast.

Cosplay Bio

I'm into cosplay photography, and making and wearing costumes, although I'm new to the convention thing. I hope to slowly weed my way in to the community and become one of those respected cosplayers, such as Adella. Or perhaps I should say I plan on it.

I love to make cosplays for others. I'm currently working on a Shinobu 'No More Heroes' cosplay for one of my friends, a Mikami (deathnote) cosplay for another, and plan on making another friend his Chaos Legion cosplay for October expo.

I'm qualified in textiles design and am currently a design technology student so i've got a wide knowledge of carpentry and clothes making. I've got to say, it's more helpful than I thought. I've always been in to costumes, and I suppose you could say my first cosplay was Ash from Pokemon when I was 8 or 9 (I poured my heart and soul into that costume, bless...)

My favorite thing about cosplay is probably that I enjoy being someone else for a little while every now and again. I love acting, anime, design, etc. and it's a perfect hobby for me.

I have an original character, Erin Valentine, who my friends like to imagine is related to Vincent Valentine because the character is quite reflective of Vincent. She was originally nothing to do with FF, although the character evolved, and her outfit consists of a lot of red velvet, and she weilds a gun called 'the Peacemaker' (it's a colt.45, named so because Erin means Peace). I've uploaded a couple of Erin pictures to my costume gallery.
