I'm a first year at Glasgow University. I'm obsessed with cosplay, but videogames run a close second in my list of hobbies. I'm addicted to orange juice and Subway's oatmeal and raisin cookies. <3
I'm originally from Canada. Most of my family is in the UK and Canada, but my little brother lives in Japan with my Dad. He's a brat but I love him anyway. <3
Cosplay Bio
You could say I started cosplaying in 1997 when my mom made me a Sailor Moon costume for Halloween, or you could say I first started cosplaying when I went to my first convention, Aya Returns 2002.
Probably my favourite part of making costumes is the sense of accomplishment you have when you finish something, you look at it and think "that actually looks quite good :D!". And once I've finished a costume (and I've finished making dumb poses at myself in the mirror) going to conventions is awesome~ just hanging out in costume with friends and other cosplayers is so much fun! After attending cosplay events in Japan I've now also completely fallen in love with cosplay photography, and I'm now saving up to get myself a decent camera to persue this branch of my main hobby. <3
