Personal Bio
Ahh the personal bio, one of my nemesis' in life...lol let's see: I am a woman with many passions in life and way too many hobbies and interests lol, the majority of which revolve around being creative. I love writing, art, music, fashion/clothes/sewing/costumes, literature, partying and just generally being with my boyfriend and my friends, I enjoy a dabble of photography, sleeping in, drinking tea, eating sweet foods, and I have an obsession with the colour purple.

How did you get started?
Ever since I was a toddler I remember having a love for dressing up in fancy clothes and always wanted to cut up my wardrobe, much to my mothers horror, thinking that I could make something. generally I failed xD I enjoyed sewing throughout all my schools and was always dissapointed by the clothes I could buy cos it never lived up to what I wanted it to be like.
For quite a long time I forgot sewing and did nothing with my childhood love, instead persuing my other hobbies and interests, but then I could feel it starting to creep back in. I never lost my love for costumes tho and would always dress up at any given opportunity - Halloween was obv my fave time of year xD
The cosplay bug fully grabbed me when I went to my first convention in 2000 and I found there were many people with this interest and who did amazing outfits. I was very impressed with their skills and thus my inner seamstress re-surfaced. I learned to sew properly through advise from friends and became self taught. Now I'm a costume and clothing addict and I vow to never stop sewing ^^
What do you enjoy most about cosplay?
I enjoy many things about cosplay. I love that through my ever gaining interest in it I feel my sewing just constantly improves. I love to wear elaborate and fun outfits and the challenge of making them. Then the satifaction and acheivement of completing a complex outfit. Not that I feel I only want to do complex outfits, as I have done many simple outfits that I love just as much both to make and to wear ^^ And, quite simply, I love dressing up as my favoutrite characters.
