| Wow where were you when I needed you, I was struggling making the ruffles on this dress, the only lady I could find at the time 2 years was the lady who makes them in the usa and charges about $8000 per dress, she mentioned about serpentine ruffles which made no sence, even my expert dress maker and repairer friend didn't understand it. I was at my wits end until my Dad said they look something like S[anish ruffles, I searched straight away and I foudn this tutorial for making circular ruffles, using circles. After 3 months of trying I was releaved. Well done. | ||
