I used mountboard for both ^_^ For the shield I got one side wet so it curved, then made lots of stensils for the details. Then cuz them out of more mountboard, but using a craft knife at an angle to get the nice finish. Then lots of acrylic!! The bird bit was just fun foam. The sword was a massive fail. Is made of mount board, but lots of layers stuck together, then some shiney silver card stuck on top cuz I ruined the paint job on it :/ |

| Oh man, oh man we were walking behind you on the way to expo on one of the days and i was fangirling from a distance xD i never managed to track you down fro a picture, kept getting glimpses of the tank from a distance! Looked really really good though, did it serious justice! |

| the helmet had a strap, but I didn't use it at all, so getting it on and off was pretty easy ^_^
Couldn't hear a thing whilst wearing it though, and I'm pretty sure no one could hear me either, which is good, because I spent most of the day humming and singing songs to myself whilst I was wearing it :P |
