Hum actually it's when you make a lining for the Jacket, you have to sew it in the inside, and there is a moment you have to turn everything to have the outside of the jacket (or anything else XD). For it, you leave a hole in your sewing to make the whole clothe pass through it °°"
I'm not exactly an expert at the moment but I've studied for it and now I work as stylist modelist in a little company ^^

Oh yes I can imagine that would be very difficult - turning 20cm wide hole around the sewing machine, difficult indeed. So you must be sewing expert. ^_^ |

| For the jacket fabric, so it's some heavy one...And it was hard to work on ! x_x (especially to make the whole jacket pass in a 20cm hole when you return it after sewing the inside on it... Gosh... x_x (The worst was for the wrist part! so many stratas of fabric T.T") |

| The fabric has a looks between skai and suede but a bit thiner (depends on what kind of skai you see x3 ) Actually I wanted a real jacket, not something thin too much or other, so I was happy when I found this one with the proper color! (hard to find here...)
Eheh I put some 'epaulet' inside the shouler part, right at the seam, so it can stay in place (more straight on my shoulders, as I only have a half one at the left ^^" So I can hide it this way for jackets!)
I will put pictures with the new final jacket when it's done! :3 *impatient*
I'm not at all going to this event...Actually I'm in France and I can't live home for Expos at the moment T.T (work and money... uh... But I'd like so muuuuuuuuuch!)
I want to make it next week for myself... x) kind of "I WANT IT I WANT IT!" and then I can work on some others costumes I "have to" make...°° (so many things to do, so less time !) |
