Londoners! Support Cancer Research UK with cosplay

Article by Amy Lou (Amy-Lou) posted Wednesday 19th September 2012

Calling all London-based (or near to London) cosplayers! Cancer Research UK hold a night time marathon to raise awareness and funds for their cause each year - "Shine London" is being held on Saturday 29th September, with 10,000 fundraisers parading through the capital.

Now here's where you guys come in - Cancer Research are looking for cosplayers to get into costume & character and cheer on the participants throughout the course, to keep the mood fun and to give them the energy to finish. You'll be arranged in groups or pairs so this is awesome for a bunch of friends to join in with, or to meet new cosplayers from your area.

This sounds like it could be a fun event, and even better that it's all for charity.
Find more information and get chatting with others in the forum post here, and email Lizzie if you're interested in taking part.
