A whole pic 'n' mix of updates because we're nice like that

We've been tinkering behind the scenes for a while and have finally been able to roll out a whole bunch of new features for you guys to enjoy. Here's are some of the highlights:
- Weekly Costume Showcase - Each week we'll be showing a great example of costume work on the front page. All members will be able to suggest costumes for inclusion.
- Manual Costume Ordering - You can now choose to manually control the order in which your costumes are shown on your costume list page.
- Event Banners - You can now automatically create a banner to use on other sites to let people know which costumes you'll be taking to your next convention.
- Photo Archives - You can now view a single page archive of all photos a member has uploaded. (This is linked from member's overview page)
There's also a whole ton more and we've included a full list below along with some more information about this new showcase system.
We're looking for really well made or interesting costumes to share with the community. So each week a different cosplay will be selected and displayed on the front page of the site. We've set this up to automatically cycle to a different costume every 7 days from a queue of suggestions.
If you'd like to suggest a costume you think worthy of being showcased, whether it's your own or by another member, then simply visit that costume page and click on the 'Suggest for Showcase' icon near the top right of the page. Our team will look through the suggestions and add great costumes to the showcase queue.
Note: The showcase is not intended as a popularity or beauty contest. We're just looking for really great examples of costume work. If multiple people click suggest for the same costume it will make no difference.
To start the ball rolling we've selected our two UK entrants for last year's Euro Cosplay, SephNoir and Fatkraken, for the first two weeks. From then on, all showcases will based on member submissions.

FIX: Costumes no longer disappear if there is a problem with the source name
FIX: Default search option changed from members to costume
FIX: Unnecessary options no longer visible to members when adding events
FIX: Members can no longer link a costume to an unapproved event
FIX: Highslide updated to latest version
REMOVE: Friend activity feed taken off front page for speed reasons (You can still view your friends feed from the top toolbar)
