Hi peeps Im cosplaying time skip nami in may

And as you can see she has a tattoo on her arm, was wondering how I could do this without it smudging or rubbing off onto people, but still being about to remove easily as it's a Friday cosplay.
I know you can buy special tattoo paper for it but I don't have ink in my printer and it'll cost £30+ to get more.
I've also heard sharpie works but they don't do it in the right colour.
Please any ideas?

However, I dunno how well a dark colour washes off. I'd use liquid eyeliner, cause once dry it stays on fairly well (unless it's on the palms, then it's rubbish), or acrylic paint which washes off real easy yet stays on well (again, unless on the palms) |
