I really need a commission of God Tier jade from Homestuck

My budget is really $129 but I hope that's not too low.

I have a lot of references, but all I need is the costume, not the shoes, glasses, wig, stockings or ears.

Also, the hood is as long as a 5'8 person's arms (being me hah.) and has two buttons on each side by the ears (but instead of ears there would be holes, yeah.)
