please excuse the mess, and sorry for the terrible quality, webcam is a tad old. But you can sort of see where its silver what I mean about the bumpy effect. Would just sanding it down work do you think?

However I cant get the blade to be "smooth" Does anyone have any experience with using something like saltdough over it to smooth it out?
