Hello all,
My Minamicon cosplay consists of a large dress and I need a hoop skirt or petticoat to go under it. I won't have time to make one and probably won't be able to look into hiring/buying one before the con, so does anyone have a suitable skirt or petticoat they'd be willing to lend me please? Thanks!
