That would be awsome! But no offence to people in london but i dont think it should be in london... loads of things are in london >___<;; and i find them really hard to get to! Somwhere in the midlands would be much better in my opinion ^___^;; Hehe

Seriously though, I'd definitely be up for something like this - despite how long I've been cosplaying, I figure there's always room to improve your knowledge!

I do think a one-day event might be better though, at least to get started. Alternatively, you could see if there are any pre-existing costuming conventions (I know I read about one a few years ago that had been running successfully for some time) and see how they'd feel about bumping up their anime/manga/game cosplay content. That way you could get a feel for how they do things and see what kind of interest you get from attendees, so you could eventually branch off and do something on your own (and it'd reduce your costs).

i think doing it in the summmer where everyone is on their holidays would be good... and mayb somewhere where we are not trapped in by blokes off buildings and the only way out is getting the train lol like excel (or maybe thats just me)

and just atmosphere, something you cant buy and its always a good atmosphere when you have cosplayers expecially when its you and me babes lmao so yes WELL worth it mike

This sounds like a brilliant idea! I would have killed for something like this ages ago XD I do agree with a one day trial first to see how it goes but this would be great for either beginners or advanced cosplayers - There's so many areas of cosplay that would be helpful to know - I soo wanna be taught how to make a prop and even back to basics like choosing the right fabrics for a particular character ^_~ I agree that it should be held round the summer period. The only thing that could stop me from attending is the location really...^^;;; But hope this idea goes well ^^ Good luck!

I'll be well up for this. Just give a decent date and a location(money providing ).

It will be a nice change of pace from yer regular events for peeps (like myself) on the look out for improving techniques in costume making.
