I recently made a cleaver as a prop for a cosplay:
Unfortunately, it existing in a very busy household has made it become slightly bent.
It now has several deep "cracks" running through the blade, from where it has bent.
Is there a method to straightening it out or just making the cracks less obvious?
I can post pictures of the damage if necessary.
EDIT:
I bought some new foam core today, along with more paint for the handle. I guess all I can do is just make another one and try to make it better than last time!
