I'm planning on cosplaying Sailor Moon for Doj-con (April 14th) and my commissioner for the wig fell through.

I'd prefer to get it commissioned rather than buying a pre-styled one on ebay as I'd be worried about the quality.

it's an amazing tutorial on how to make a (relatively) cheap sailor moon wig that looks AMAZING!

I would offer to make one for you but i'm doing Sailor Cosmos in may so all my attention is focused on that. sorry.

I'm a guest speaker at Doj-con so all my time between college is preparing for that which is why I'm looking for a commissioner.

If you message Koiice she does commissions for wigs! And if she wont take your commission then I will I have done Zedelas SailorMoon wig before now ^^
