I want to have this bowl for the character I want to cosplay.

I found a bowl like it on ebay, but the problem is most conventions dont allow you to have glass and stuff. Also want to wear it on my head, so glass could be heavy or painfull, not to mention dangerous.
Its hard to find a plastic bowl like that. I need help finding one, or possibly making one?

Umm you can buy plastic fishbowls in stores like pets at home or any aquatics centre really uvu.
You could then created the sort of fan? Edge with plastic heated in an oven for like 20seconds vinyl works best

so like buy a bowl, and build off of it?
how do I build off of it? not really understanding '
or are you saying to put the bowl in the oven? o.O

It took me a bit of searching, but apparently, I found a lot of results by typing in 'Bubble Ball Vase' still having difficulty finding specific plastic ones though.

Of course, you have the little key words now of exactly what you're looking for, so you can go wild with searches. Hope this helps, even if it's a little.

alternatively, go to a bar with friends and order one of those massive cocktails in a plastic fishbowl! x

They meant to get a plastic bowl and make the fan out of blue plastic and then heat-mould it onto the plastic bowl ^_^
