Anyone have any suggestions on where i can get the clothes, or and advice over all?

Hey man, welcome to Cosplay Island, help with cosplays usually go in the General Costume Help and Critique forum and it helps if you provide a reference photo so people who could help but don't know the character know what you're aiming for.

M'aiq the liar seems to wear quite simple clothing so should be fairly easy to make yourself. You could just buy some linen or Hessian or something along that lines and borrow or buy a sewing machine or even do it by hand as the stitch is very rough. If you've never sewn before don't worry about it, it's much easier than you'd think. YouTubes great for tutorials.

The face would be harder. I'd look into tutorials about fur suit heads. Generally the bulk of them are made with upholstery foam and then they are covered in fake fur. This is a tutorial on making a dog but the theory is much the same.

Its a womans hood, but i think it would work, thoughts?
