If you look at the I con for my VJ cosplay you can tell I'm using a green sprite bottle cut out for the visors, it's been hurting me, I don't like the markings of the bottle so I'm looking for a new material. In Sheffield, at the bottom of the moor there's a Wickes. If you manage to get on the other side of the dual carriageway there's a shop called Pinders.

There you can get Green Acetate sheets in A4 and this should be good for what you need it for. It's a little flimsy so I would suggest making a frame to hold it steady at the edges.
