I want to make a moon for my forehead for my costume just like this but dont know what to make it out of, suggestions?

It's a small enough object that some decent spirit gum will hold it if you don't make it too large. There's dozens of different materials that you could use, but that's probably the simplest in my opinion. |

There might be something suitable in that range already that you can pick up on the cheap.
But yeah, spirit gum, or liquid latex. |
