Made of a sturdy cotton drill fabric, with blue fabric appliqued on. The boot covers are fake leather and are a little discoloured & damaged at the bottom edges through use but still presentable.
Looking for around 95 pounds including shipping from the Netherlands (as I won't be able to take this back to the UK).
