The only part that fits properly is the hips, the waist is about 2 inches too big and the bust is enormous, and not helped by the fact it has an elasticated bit on the back, making it even baggier. This dress cost me £80, and I hope to god they give me a refund, but judging by their responses to negative feedback, I am not holding my breath |

If you use a credit card attached to PayPal you might be able to claim it back from the credit card company then they claim it back from the company. Using a credit card as a back up to PayPal is always the best option, cos credit card companies will always pay out if you are unhappy with a purchase asking as you give them proof that you have trid to claim back without success. I hope that helps |

I had to do it once before when I was sold a fake game, the seller never replied to Paypal's messages, so the money was automatically granted in my favour.
I've heard problems of things being too big, but tbh, be thankful it's too big rather than too small. At least you can alter the dress you have. If you get the money back, I'm sure you'll be able to commission someone to bring in the seams for a small price =] |

But on their site it says items can be returned within 14 days, so I am within my rights. I don;t do refunds either but if an item is really the wrong size I would adjust it for the customer or offer a partial refund at least.
I just hope I don't end up with no dress and no money, not sure what to do! Argh! I paid via paypal so I should be safe...... |

Personally I wouldn't send it back until ebay or paypal were on my side/knew what was going on to avoid the no dress no money situation. Sounds horrible though |

As some sort of proof? __________________ |
