Defiantly Rosette Christopher from Chrono Crusade.
She has such a strong personality, funny, witty, fearless and full of vigour. But towards the end of her life you see she is fragile and afraid despite being able to do everything she wanted before she together dies with the man she loves >w< The Manga is just a beautiful and deeper considering she has to wait a few years, dying alone slowly until he returns.
