They responded to my email saying there's a small problem with the site, will check again in the morning

Also just a note from Lucaille, if you've requested glue or any type of 'liquid' they're unable to stock liquid items for some reason.

Getting pretty frustrated with their replies. They originally agreed to add a discount to the order to lower the price to the price we'd pay via taobao, they've added a 5% discount to the order but it still totals a lot more than we'd originally pay. Total order is £346 including DHL postage, this may actually work out right, still doing totals ATM but that seems far too high to me.

They've now stopped replying completely after I asked them about the discount they promised, I've sent about five emails with no response. Unless they reply and do the full discount as promised I think this order will have to be cancelled as it works out a lot more expensive :/

Before they stopped emailing, they said they had applied the 5% discount (which you get for purchasing over 20 wigs in one order) but are saying they never said they'd do any other discounts. Here's the email they sent me originally about the discount


"yes i will be adjusted the price as the same as taobao
it is saving a lot money 
and over 20 wigs this time i will give 5% off for you 

it mean that now the price on web is the same as taobao web
the discount is for the order that you order over 20 wigs
thanks"

So what's the situation now? We are waiting to here from Taobao? Why won't they take the order? Did I miss something? My friends and I aren't in any rush but if we can't order the wigs here, we need to start looking elsewhere....

Following on from Sonnet - I was reading on MoeMall that they (MM) were having a break due to the Chinese new year, and were returning on the 20th... Not sure if the same is going down for Lucaille here, but at least on MoeMall they were still happy to reply to customer's questions within the time period.

Looks like the order is gonna have to be cancelled, mainly because of them refusing to do the discount as promised, I hope they realise soon how many customers they're gonna lose because of their new store :/
