Got another reply, because their store is now live she said to order through that, and has linked me to the listings of our chosen wigs in the store (some are sold out, I'll PM everyone individually soon). She says the wigs are the same price on the store as they are on taobao but I haven't had a chance to check that yet.

I don't mean to be a pain, but I thought the quote was going to go off on the 1st or in the first week of January. It's been almost a month now and to be honest I've had to ditch my original plans due to not getting the wig as well...

I've emailed Lucaille myself and she replied within a day, multiple times.

Is the order going to be sent off any time soon?
The prices on her new website are different to the taobao site, more expensive.

I know I sound out of line here as it's a big thing to organize but it's been a long time now and I could of already got the wigs from elsewhere that would of arrived on time.

If the order isn't going to be sent off any time soon i'm going to drop out.

As said above Lucaille is insisting that we purchase the wigs from their main store now and I've asked if its at all possible to still place orders via their taobao store but I've had no response as of yet.

If people are okay with purchasing the wigs for a slightly higher price from their main site this order can still happen via there, but I'm still waiting for them to reply concerning purchasing via taobao which of course would be much better.

I'll wait till the taobao store reply, as the new site is selling the wigs for the same sorta price I've seen their selling for on Ebay. They're quite expensive on their new site.... The wig I was wanting is £8.90 on their Taobao page and the one on their site is £19. That's like double the price?~ I'll hang it out though and see if the taobao shop reply.

The new sites prices are pretty expensive :/ and when I was having a look at the wigs being sold on the new site I couldn't find one of the wigs I wanted :/ so if we'll be ordering from the new site ill most likely have to re think if ill been keeping to my order :/

Their reply is that they've adjusted the wig prices to match taobao prices for our order and are also giving a 5% discount, so I've asked for the total again and hopefully this time they'll give a straight answer.

Edit: I have to order via the site and they'll apply the discounts at the checkout point, I can't do this on my phone so I'll do it on my computer tonight. If your wig is out of stock I'll PM you.

Via the new store but they have said they will reduce the costs of the wigs for us to match taobao prices, I've sent them the order code and currently waiting for the discount to be applied to the 'basket'
