Need a commission for end of February
http://imgur.com/a/nZO0G image references are here. I am willing to pay £70. It's the coat I want. I'm a mens size small, and I'll send proper measurements if I find someone who can commission in time for me.

I did have one commissioner lined up who was going to do this project for me, but it wouldn't be made in time now, so I've been a bit mislead.

I would like to be able to see your past work please.

when I first saw your post of wanting this jacket made a while back, I looked into doing it and got some advice of my lecturer at college since I'm in a fashion course and basically, you'd be better of buying a similar coat and modifying it.
It would be a fair amount of work to make a jacket like this and if the £70 is covering material and labour, that's not a good price.
I hope you manage to figure something out.

I don't have my own equipment to modify anything and I don't have the skills. I can't even find a coat like that to modify.

Someone was happy to do it before for £70, but they messed me about and didn't let me know they were no longer taking commissions and blamed it on me because I didn't check their website and Facebook, when I wasn't even told about their website or Facebook, and I even messaged them like a week and a half ago that I was sending them money today, and they didn't think to let me know that they were getting booked up with commissions and instead said "that's fine"?
With the attitude they sent me in a message today, I'm glad I'm not giving them my money now, and I feel sorry for the other people who are getting a commission from them.

I know it's not a lot of money, but it's all I have.

sorry to hear you had such a bad experiance with trying to get a commission done.
I can understand that £70 may be all you have to spare, but with the price of material that would be used and the skill involved in making such a jacket, the commissioner wouldn't be making alot out of it.
But in saying that I do still hope you can figure out something with a reliable commissioner.

Less than 5 minutes on ebay. Seriously, you can find most anything on there.

Buy some black fabric to do the top parts of the jacket (you can get this from online if there are no stores nearby. For example: cheapfabrics.co.uk) and buy some fur trim for the hood of the jacket. (This is maribu which is more feathery, but you get the idea, as said, anything can be found on ebay! http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/MARABOU-QUALITY-FUR-TRIM-SWANSDOWN-FLUFFY-FEATHER-1M-/230613201347?pt=UK_Crafts_Sewing_Supplies_MJ&var=530026565865&hash=item35b19e31c3)

You don't need much if any skill to (hand)sew some fabric to a jacket and a bit of fur to a hood, and too be honest, we all have to start somewhere. You could probably manage this whole jacket for a lot less than £50 if you have a go at modding it yourself.
