This is my first post so I'm not quite sure how this works.

Anyway I want to cosplay Naruto from Unleashed (pre-ship) and I'm having trouble deciding what fabric to use for the collar. If any of you have made this jacket could you please help?

I'm not in a rush but would like to get it out of the way soon.

It's been a while snce I watched naruto, but it always looked to be fleece-like to me with lines sewn into it.
