Can you dye shoelaces, and the inner side of a shoe/tongue?
This is the shoes I need, but I can only get Black XX Hi Converse, with White shoelaces, and White inner/tongue.

I was wondering if it would be possible to hang the tongue over at the top and use some kind of dye pen or something? And to dye the White shoelaces, Red?

It would be far less hassle to just buy red laces. And as for the inner, I would personally sew pink fabric on the inside. This guarantees a consistent color, is far less effort and could be reversed should you wish to use the shoes again for something else.

You can't buy the red laces anywhere in 120 inches. That's how long the XX Hi laces are.

Also I'm no good at sewing so this would be no good really, otherwise I would try it xD
Is there a way to temporarily stick fabric to it instead, without using permanent glue?

Nevermind, it seems Converse.co.uk offer a customisable service here. ^^
