It costs a bit more than you wanted to spend, but the shipping is free (I usually also pay a little extra for tracking, just to be safe though). I've bought from this seller in the past, and I've never had a complaint about their service. All the wigs I've received from them have been great quality too.

I'd allow 30days for them. It depends on them and then the delivery this side. But it's never taken over a month.
