Hi guys!!

After seeing all the wonderful cosplays of Magi at Expo last weekend, (I was Morgiana but couldn't find anyone so got changed after a few hours in the morning of the Saturday) and was kinda wondering if people would like to do a big group together at May Expo next year or any cons next year?~ I'd like to arrange a shoot to be up on the fringe fest (for MCM) if there's enough interest and I'm hoping, fingers crossed, that Magi gets even more popular with the anime having just come out!!

I'll be cosplaying either Hakuei or Pisti come May Expo so would anyone like to join me in spreading the magic of Magi?~ (:

I'd maybe be interested but my May expo plans aren't set in stone yet completely. I love Magi though and do intend to cosplay either Aladdin or Ja'far at some point soon... tempting!

I'd be defiantly interested ^__^ I'm thinking about going to the May expo, but I should be at Ayacon.

So far I'm interested in cosplaying as Pisti but I like the look of Dunya ( I'm not very far in the manga yet and haven't met her yet).

I'll make a list on the main post and put question marks for people who are interested in the character atm :33 Might be easier xD All the girls are really pretty in Magi, that said, so are most of the guys xD

Btw, is there any day of the expo planned yet for the group? I know I want to do Pisti but there's also other characters I want to be just not as much (like Dunya). And new characters keep coming all the time So, I was thinking I might cosplay as a different character from Magi for two days of the expo ^_^

Ah, a fb group! Good thinking as then we can get notifications of updates - I tend to miss stuff sometimes on the threads of cosplayisland. I'm still not totally certain on my May Expo plans as yet and probably won't until around xmas time maybe but I'll keep you posted. If not expo, I'd definitely be interested in doing it another convention

@ Faws - I've been chatting to my co-organiser and he seems pretty determined to have a meet everyday of the Expo, so Friday, Saturday, Sunday. Looking at I'm also going to be doing Pisti, but on the Sunday I think! (: There's so many good characters in this series!

@ Blade - It's open to every convention, as long as someone is going who would be able to organise/ round up people? I just figured May Expo would be the easiest one as most people go to that one (: So if you were doing Judal to another con, it would still work? :33

I'm going to be cosplaying Hay Lin from W.I.T.C.H - two different outfits - on the Friday and Saturday, and then Pisti or Hakuei on Sunday, so if you want to do someone different for one of the other days, go ahead! :33 Or did you mean a third Magi character? (x

Ooo I love the W.I.T.C.H comics! I don't think I've ever seen anyone at the expo cosplay from it.

I commented on the group page but I'm starting work on Sharrkan and should be free for May expo or possibly earlier.

@Faws - I know what you mean! I'd also like to do Yamuraiha, but I don't think she's best suited to me (x I loved the series as a kid and recently re-found it a few months ago and was like.... a cosplay from this is happening!! (:

I considered Yamuraiha but I don't think i'd ever have the confidence to wear her outfit ^___^' She'd be a lot of fun to be though. After finally catching up with the manga I have even more people I want to cosplay as hehe I really like Titus and I'm now considering him for the third day. He's just so cute!

W.I.T.C.H is an amazing series and I love the artwork *___* That's defiantly the style I wish I could draw in. I've always wanted to do a Will or Elyon cosplay but it's never happened xD maybe one day.
