BIG BOSS WANTS YOU - AT THE OCTOBER 2012 LONDON COMIC CON MCM EXPO

*Metal Gear Cosplay Contest 13:20 Saturday and Sunday on the Cosplay Stage*

To celebrate the upcoming release of 'Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance' Konami will be giving away Metal Gear Artbooks, Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance Posters and T-shirts to all who take part on stage in Metal Gear themed Cosplay.

Konami will also be giving away a rare Metal Gear 4 statue to the best Metal Gear Cosplay.



2nd place will receive a extremely rare 'Big Boss Wants You' T-shirt and Metal Gear HD Collection Special Edition on the console of their choosing.





and 3rd place will get a set of 5, now discontinued, Uniqlo Metal Gear 25th Anniversary T-shirts.



To take part or watch come to the Cosplay Stage (near the Expo Hall Exit and JapanEx area) soon after 1 o'clock on either (or both!) Saturday 27th or Sunday 28th October 2012.

I'll be entering it myself, but only on the Saturday. There's a might big chance that I won't win or be a runner up, but it will be great fun, plus seeing and meeting other Metal Gear cosplayers :3

Iam takeing Otacon mgs4 on sunday as I alredy have a meet plan on sat at that time

I was already fully-booked with cosplay for Oct Expo really, but I should just about be able to squeeze in some time for cosplaying Mei Ling if I do it as a half-day for the Saturday.

I'll be going as Meryl on the Saturday.

The competition was really fun! Was great meeting everyone who turned up!

I really enjoyed getting to see so many Metal Gear cosplays and all the winners were very well-deserved. I thought they were really generous in giving everyone who took part a holographic poster, art-book and T-shirt - they were some very substantial items for freebies

Yeah, it was great fun, especially getting to chat to everyone I'm still rather surprised that the artbook was a proper hard-backed one too - the freebies were definitely worth entering for ^_^'

Huge congrats to all the winners - there were some really fantastic costumes

Kudos to every Metal Gear cosplayer I met at the weekend. Your efforts really shined through.
