put simply, you dont need one ._.
just join in (note- join! dont interlope or barge) with anything and everything, meet people and enjoy yourselves! dont be afraid to split off from each other, if you both meet different groups you'll double the friends you can make too
use the fringe festival- go to meets, go to events! and look for people having massive games on the grass.

last sunday there was human bowling, limbo, shoulderback races, wheel barrow races and all manner of other random games being held by no group of friends or being led in particular- if something fun came to mind, yo yelled and people did it
