Binding help
Hi i've been a little confused over what is best and the safest way of binding, i've heard that ACE bandages are quite good and combining that with a compression shirt however, i'm a D cup and i'm not sure if that would be enough (I'm reluctant to buy anything yet until I have a good idea of what I'll need).

Does anyone have any suggestions about this? x

Talking as a trans man who used to have DD's, T-kingdom is my favorite place which sells binders. I used to use sports bras/bandages ect, but none of them got the results that one of their binders did. Bandages are also very restrictive on your breathing, take ages to put on and come off again rather easily.

T-kingdom also has very good shipping, with a binder working out at about £30. It sounds expensive, but when I dressed as a girl I had 28DD's, so I had to buy more expensive bras to get that size. So they were all the same price for me really XD

Though it all depends on how revealing your cosplay is. A binder is slightly bigger than a sports bra (if you get a shorter style) and come down to around your waist. If your costume would be showing a large area of skin anywhere that would show off a binder then you may have to look into other methods.

I like the T-kingdom binders too.

Have a read through Odangochan’s advice:
That basically covers every possible method for binding, and you can get an idea of what would suit you best. It’ll depend on your size and the nature of the costume it’s for.

I use a t-kingdom binder...look in my gallery if you wanna know what it looks like. XD I got the cheapest one there, and it does work quite well, it doesn't completely flatten...but then I think that'll be impossible at my size. But yes, I reccommend because it's not uncomfortable at all!

I heard that T-Kingdom's are great binders. I make mine myself as I'm an odd shape. I would be willing to consider commissions.

Binding will never flatten breasts completely because the gland still remains inside the fattier tissue. That's pretty damn solid- it won't squish down.

How well the binder works will also depend on the density of the breasts- some people have very firm ones and they're harder to bind than people who have softer ones.

I just googled it and yes :O. No wonder why I didn't find anything the other way. Now it's time for research I guess.
