Just a feeler post really, looking to get some prices to see if it's worth getting commissioned or if I should give it a shot myself.
I'm 5"7 and quite small, so the cape doesn't need to be huge and I don't want the collar to be quite so face-eating xD
Would need this done by October expo, can collect at the expo to save postage/pay in cash.
