I think the last one works the best; but perhaps with sparkles instead of butterflies. Or, you could do a lolita style dress; I think that would work for Fluttershy's persona. Just do it mostly lemon yellow, with pale pink accessories.

The third one is my favorite - I like the band of pink across it and the simplicity of the dress, plus the more rounded wings compared to the first one

I agree with the verdict so far and I really like the 3rd design but I do also like your take on her galloping gala outfit so thats a very close second for me

And, as is the general consensus, I think the third design looks the best c: Fluttershy seems like more of a dress character than a skirt character, and the socks really suit her personality [being fairly young-seeming and with some sense of innocence]

I'm gonna go with what the majority think and say Three as well, but (cosplay and character aside) I love the first one. It's just so Sailor Moon-y
