I quite like the idea of it having an LED, maybe with some kind of resin around it so that it looks like it has liquid inside it that is glowing.

and yeah i was planning on having it as a working drink bottle so i could pop a drink in for the day and slowly use it and refill it, the led(s) would provide me with the glowing effect, i would work the led case into the design of the bottle and do something with the cap, as well as making the shinra label poss on computer.

Its worth trying fluid from blue snap bands/glow sticks as if you can carefully snap them then transfer the fluid to the bottle safetly, this will give you the desired effect but you must be careful. Most will last several hours and places like poundland sell thwm cheaply. Often this is what they use for neon glows in movies apparantly but I suggest practice runs and caution.
