Im making megurine Luka cosplay for alcon and Im stuck on the top ITS THE ONLY BIT I HAVE NO IDEA ON.

does anyone have any ideas how to do this??

Exactly which bit of the top is it you're stuck for? A pattern for construction, or fabric, or detailing, or something? I'm sure we'll all try and help you out if you can be a little more specific

If you're stuck on the top design, a chinese top pattern will make it for you. For the edging, you just need to get a gold ribbon and put it around the outside of the hems.

For the bit on the collar, again, a ribbon along the seam.

For that middle design... It looks like they used gold wire. You can get jewellery wire which is easy to mould and keeps it shape fairly well. Superglue will fasten it.

With the gem, secure it on one side, OR have a small little flap that goes over the collar which then "poppers". You don't want it fastened to the join up the middle or you won't be able to put the top on.

I'd recommend bias binding over ribbon for the edges. It's designed for that purpose and will curve, whereas ribbon won't. It's pretty easy to get hold of, and there are lots of tutorials online on how to use it in various ways
