WingedWalrus Joined: 09 Jun 2010 Posts: 72 | Cape With Sleeves Hey y'all, Im planning a Cardcaptor Sakura cosplay for Ame, but have no idea how to go about making the sleeved cloak/cape thing she wears.
Anyone got any suggestions? |

Teacup_Erinyes Joined: 05 Jun 2010 Posts: 243 | If I were you I'd make that like an asymetric circle skirt- with the neckhole as the centre of the circle, and cut out 2 arm holes towards the front. Use a basic sleeve pattern and fit the holes to it.
That would give the cape-top the body and shape. Hope that makes sense. |
