I've bought a plastic toy sword as a prop for a costume and it has this terriblely annoying habit of flopping and drooping, I know that's expected with cheap plastic toys, but I was wondering if anyone knew a way I could possibly make it less floppy. I've also noticed it's hollow and there's a tiny hole I could possibly fit a sringey-ma-bob into and squirt some sort of magic liquid in there or just slot in wire to weight it down so there's less to flop...I'm not a very creative/logical problem solver, am I? I just thought it might be nice to ask around on here in case anyone had an idea. ^^'

This is just a suggestion, I have no idea if it'll work or not.

But what about expanding foam? I know a lot of Lavi's use it to keep their hammers in shape, so maybe it'll work for that too.

My brother's been using expanding foam for prop making. It hardens to a substance that is very light, but quite rigid.

The downside is even a tiny squirt will expand super-quick and come spilling out of any holes. You have to cut/file off the excess (and avoid it messing up the surrounding area)
