Im working on my cosplay for Kasane Teto and need some help with a few things! x3
#1: What kind of fabric should I use ouo? Im trying to make it look as much as her outfit as possible :'DD
#2: What should I do for the chain/lanyard like thing that hangs from her skirt? //if you know what Im talking about ^^;;//
#3: how should I go about making the badge thing on her shirt?! Or should I even bother with it ouo;;;?
#4: What is her serial number thing? (The red numbers/letters on her arm/shoulder) And how should I paint it on?
#5: Should I use elastic in the detached sleeves?
#6: For the colors should I do dark blue or a greyish blue and pink or pinkish red?

Bump ~ o u o ~

1: I'd use a polycotton, I find it's the best for school uniforms it's also fairly cheap. if you want a heavyer fabric then polycotton. Go for a silky/shimmer/reflective fabric for the deep pink.
2: Theres a flat "rope" you can buy out of B&Q it wont be the right colour but acrylic paint or spraypaint will cover it then just add felt triangles or paint them on. Or get those annoying things on chavvy trousers atm the ones that loop around the leg as they walk? Cant remember the actual name of them lol!
3: For the school badge on the shirt look up other cosplayers but it might be easier making it out of felt and layering it on or painting on it.
4: By looking on Google the number is 0401 with a line under it like all the other Vocaloids.
5: Elastic or a hidden velcro tab under the arm would do.
6: I would say Grey and Pink-ish but just do what I do and look up other Cosplayers n see what you think looks nicer ^_^

I would paint a normal lanyard for her's on her skirt~! and her serial number is 0401 (April 1st, April Fool's Day because she was a "trick". and when I made my retired Rin cosplay years ago, I used elastic for the sleeves. I recommend it. As for color scheme, that's pretty much your own choice. It's how you see her, ya know~? Hope I helped a bit. ^_^
